MORTGAGE HOME LOAN SIGNINGS
This service is provided to Title & Escrow Companies as well as to Financial and Lending Institutions. Our Notary-Signing Agents will travel to the borrowers' location to perform closings. Once the closing has been performed the package will be returned to the the proper entity. If the Company or institution is local, the documents will be hand delivered. Otherwise the documents will be shipped out to you by the courier of your choice. All our Notary-Signing Agents are professional, and very well trained in handling this kind of documents, and we are expert at explaining them to the borrowers. Your Documents will be handled properly and returned back to your office in a timely manner, since we are well aware of how time-sensitive they are.
Closing fees are $175.00, which include: 1st and 2nd loan packages, emailed docs, as well as copies for borrowers, for Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Purchases $200.00. Client's "no show" and cancellations will be invoiced $100.00 to cover for the Notary's time and expenses.
AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY SIGNINGS
Our Signing Agents/Notaries are fully trained to handle all the documentation related to purchases or leases of vehicles "off sight". This Service is for Dealerships Nationwide, particularly for those who process a high sales volume, ship vehicles to out of state buyers, or conduct business through brokers and via Internet.
NOTARIZATIONS
This service is available to any person who needs to notarize a document such as: Powers of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Documents, Acknowledgments, Affidavits, Oaths, Wills, Apostilles, Bills of Sale. Our Miami Notary Public will travel to your location and perform the notarization needed, usually within the hour from the time of your notice. This service is very convenient for clients who need to legalize documents with an Apostille in an urgent manner, or have hospitalized relatives, or busy Attorneys who demand a fast service and would rather be in their office than on the road.
Regular Business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Mobile & Emergency Notary Public Service is available after regular business hours, holidays and weekends. ( $50.00 additional emergency charge applies).

PRICE LIST FOR NOTARIZATIONS IN MIAMI-DADE METRO AREA
STANDARD NOTARIZATION FEE: $10.00 per signature notarized, plus travel fees.
TRAVEL FEES:
For the purpose of easier quoting, a $40.00 "flat rate travel fee" has been established for notarizations within Miami-Dade County. For Broward County add $25.00, and for Palm Beach County add $50.00 to our flat rate travel fee.
AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCY NOTARY SERVICE: Add $50.00 to the regular rate.
APOSTILLES: $100.00 for the first document (rate includes Fedex overnight shipping), any additional documents thereafter are $50.00. Apostilles are processed by the State Department. We send all the documents via FedEx to ensure the security, speed and tracking ability of your documents, for your "peace of mind". The turn around time is 48 hours. Drop off of your Apostilles once they arrive back from the State Department is available, however is not included. Call us for more info.
AIRPORT NOTARIZATION: For MIAMI INT'L AIRPORT, fees are the same as described above, plus $10.00/hr. for parking.
PROVIDING A WITNESS: $50.00 per witness.
THINGS YOU NEED TO HAVE AND KNOW BEFORE CALLING US:
- 1) You must have a valid State-issued photo ID, such as a Driver License or Passport.
- 2) Documents to be notarized must be in your possession.
- 3) Some documents require the signature of witnesses; scan the documents to check whether or not the signature of witnesses is required. If it is, witnesses must be present at the time of the appointment. If you can't provide witnesses we can provide them for you.
- 4) Payments are to be made in cash, or via PayPal, at the time of the signing.
- 5) WAIT UNTIL THE NOTARY ARRIVES TO SIGN YOUR DOCUMENT! Remember the whole purpose of the Notary is to legitimize and corroborate through proper identification, that the person signing the document "is in fact" the person in front of the Notary.
WAITING TIME: $25.00/half hr. We will allow a 20 min. grace period, after that time a $25.00/half hr. wait time fee will be added to the total of the Notarization.
MARRIAGE CEREMONIES: $150.00.
Our Notary service in this area is not restricted to just notarizing your Marriage License; our Notaries are ready to travel to the location of your choice and perform your Marriage Ceremony in a professional manner.
Civil ceremony fee: Reading of traditional vows, performing the ceremony, and notarizing the Marriage License at the location of your choice.
